I dont know about how the uploading works, but in the last weeks, imagebeaver was very good in uptime and performance... And with a few tricks, you can batch-download whole galleries.

Box has had some personal things going on lately that have effected his site for sure. I would ensure it's working correctly before uploading to it...I have encountered some odd happenings just viewing lately.

some sets
went through about 1200 mixed pics on another site and pulled out some of the better pics that had more than 1, and therefore now we have sets. file names if they show up how i saved them are weird, but it was the eastiest way to organize them.
