if you have a rs premium account just download flashget or idm

Flashget is free but idm isn't but if you don't want to pay for it pm for a link

Once you get them just enable direct downloads in your options in rapidshare and highlight all the links you want and right click and download with flashget/idm

idm - internet download manager is the one i use
