open the vid in windows media player or w/e you use, put vid to full screen find a good part in the movie pause it. push alt+print screen, its up on the top after the F1-12's and next to scroll lock on my keyboard, also ive heard you can push ctrl+i in wmp and itll store a screenshot of the vid as a jpeg, havent tried it though.
