not spam... i get a lot of vids from that site (have already downloaded most of these). most of the links take you to yourfilehost. as for spyware, there are a couple of pop-ups but my computer is so f'd up, if they are harmful, they can not get to me. otherwise, pornoamateurs.be is ok.
