That's the same bullshit you end up going through when a serious band splits. It's filled with nothing but drama, and it never ends up good for anybody. People that you thought would at least be respectful/responsible about things, end up stabbing you in the back. I've been on both sides, and neither one's pretty. Best thing to do in a situation like that, is just drop it and move on with your life. Nothing's worth wasting that much time/stress over for something that's still going to end up the same outcome. Would you rather spend 10 years dwelling over the bs, or be happy and enjoy a new path in your life without the bs? That's always the bottom line, simple. Black or white. Makes things a whole lot easier. Just my 2 cents.

I feel like I just walked in on the last 10 minutes of a soap opera, but goddammit, I HAVE AN OPINION! (Shocker, I know.) First off, I'm not entirely sure if Phill is being a prick, or the twins are being bitches, or what is going on, but when you get down to the bottom line, these girls are models and they are doing a job. When I drop by the office to drop off a project or pick up a new one, to date my editor has yet to take me out to lunch to soften me up and make me happier about my work. Granted, I'm not exposing my tacklebox to the camera, but still . . .That sounds downright decent of Phil to treat his models that way. My 2 cents.

From reading all of that shit, and talking with a model or two... No names mentioned, phil is an ass.

Plain and simple, apparently they were getting 20% together. That's a little low imo for two models.

Not knowing what contract these girls actually signed, if it can be proved that Phil actually fired them with a fabricated cause, then HE'S the one in breach which might cost him everything by the time a few slick lawyers finish feeding off his corpse (now there's an image). Still, if this was a contract arrangement and these girls weren't "employees" per se . . .I'm wondering how he COULD fire them. If the contract was so one-sided that he had that kind of power, it wouldn't take much for a court to brand it unconscionable . . .
