Banning the Simpsons??????

I'm totally against child porn, but banning the simpsons is a bit over the top isn't it? Its a cartoon family and they don't even look real!!!!

Come on lets keep it in perpective!

Rules are rules man, I don't see a big deal with banning the Simpsons.

nobody said the simpsons were banned. the thread in question dealt with posting images that included child characters from the show. adult characters, i.e. homer, marge, peter, lois, etc, are fair game. the portrayal of children or child characters is where the line is drawn.

I'm not saying this because I want to see the simpsons in porn, cause I don't, Or to see the Jab post dissapear since it's sweet :-) but under that very reasoning the Jab post is just as immoral as the simpsons one. At least the "Farm lessons" comic since it features incest which is equally immoral to childporn.

I say if we ban simpsons, we have to ban all the Jetsons and Flintstone porn too...seeing how those fit under the same category: Incest.

good point. personally, i dont have a problem with drawing a distinction between photographs and the comics/illustrations with respect to "child like" characters, but i'm not the admin so it doesn't matter anyway heh

I have decided to ban images showing "cartoon children" in sexual acts.

The Jab post will be looked over again by me and If I see anything that may contain Incest or Child Porn it will be removed.

This is the final decision, and this topic is not open for discussion.
