grabber not downloading from imagewaste, at least mostly not

Hello again and thanks for all the help from the last regexp problem I had.

I was looking at this thread here on DS, and there are many images on pages 1,2,3 of different size and shape - not all thumbnailed to a standard size. I wonder if it is this that causes it to not download properly?

Regardless, I tried to suck thread for pages 1,2,3 and it got 12 images for page 1, zero for page 2, and zero for page 3. There are more than 12 images on each page.

Is it a regexp problem, or something inherent about the way the images were linked in the forum post? I have clicked through on many of the images and verified that indeed imagewaste has had an image for me each time, so I don't think the images are missing ...

I am using Imagegrabber v1.5.9 on firefox 3.5.2.

Ok, so, I thought I'd post an update. I poked around more recent pages of that thread, and using grabber to download from imagewaste seemed to work just fine.

So, I guess it is something about how those images on the first 8 pages were posted that doesn't "jibe" with grabber.

Is it worth looking at the html code for the images in pages 1-8 to see if grabber can be improved for future / funky posts?

I fixed the problem. The old links from imagewaste have a different format. Go to cybormatt's website and download the new hostf.xml or use the "update from online host file" feature.
