One time when I found this spot, a pop-up emerged, but after that each time I have gone there, no pop-ups at all. i agree with you...considering that certain person never seems to post in here...so who knows how much time he actually spends in here. but w/e. rules are rules, and i sure as hell dont wanna get banned from here.
