I tried the following:
<urlpattern>http:\/\/.*\.REPLACEME\.com</urlpattern>
<searchpattern>"ncodeimageresizer\\.createon\\(this\\)"</searchpattern>
It recognizes the URLs but just hangs there with "starting HTTP request"

* Replace REPLACEME with a word starting with "user" and ending with "cash"
Yes, I know it is not an approved host but an admin already commented on it here (http://forum.dumpstersluts.com/showthread.php?t=78160).
