Imagevenue stopped working a short time ago and simply stalls ImageHost Grabber 1.5.1 beta 6 now. It's stuck at "starting http request". It almost looks like imagevenue is actively trying to block ImageHost Grabber.
Mypublicpix doesn't seem to work either at the moment but they seem to be having some server issues so I'm not certain if that's the extension's fault - it might still be worth looking into.

Additionally I would love to see support for share-image dot com (btw. idiotic overzealous anti-spam protection in this forum). I know that technically I could add it myself in the host2.xml ... but quite honestly, I'm lazy and most likely will never put the effort into doing it myself.

Out of curiosity do you have "Create a sub-directory with document title inside the target directory" enabled or are is the path you're saving to really long? Try saving to a shorter path and see what happens. Mine was stalling cause the path name was too long.

Yes I do, but the path length doesn't exceed 255 chars and it worked fine before with basically identical settings.
I read some other reports on this forum that beta 5 and 6 might have some issues so I might try to downgrade but right now I can't find a good reason for ImageHost Grabber to stall ...

It's worth a try isn't it? Try saving to c: root and see what happens. The path I was saving to was much less than 255 and IHG still stalled. Soon as I shaved off 20-30 chars it worked fine. There's definitely a bug there.

Well, without changing a thing ImageHost Grabber is working fine again ... very odd. I'm starting to suspect that the issue was somewhere on imagevenue's end (although it appeared to work fine manually).
But no reason to complain anymore. :)

Oh well, I just noticed the following:

If you send me a new host request or report a problem with a current host, PLEASE provide a link to a gallery so that I may test it.

Something that is rather hard for people registering on this forum just to discuss ImageHost Grabber ... considering that it won't allow us to post links until we spammed this forum at least twice without. ;)

I hope CyberMatt is still following the discussions on this board, so now that I posted twice, here I my requests including examples:
