can't download from ********/imagevenue combo

Hi,

I'm trying to download a bunch of images that have been posted via ******** and imagevenue.

Basically, I go on this url
*** deleted *** grr - how am I supposed to ask such a question???

and click tools -> Image Grabber -> get all pics on page.

The IG window tries to download, but says about all but two of them "image does not exist on server".

Well, this is patently untrue - I tested quite a bit of them by hand, and every single one loaded.

Any idea how to solve that?

P.S. I note that Us Are Cash has also been censored out. But it#s a vital element of my problem.

Maybe you should ask your friendly host to relax the rules here ?

the problem is imagegrabber is adding a space between the url and the ref url like so:
"***/img.php?image=32360_metmodels_sk_44_0004_122_928lo .jpg &ref="
the space between ".jpg" and "&ref=" is not the way it needs to be for imagevenue to recognize the linked image. It would need to be with no spaces like so:
"***/img.php?image=32360_metmodels_sk_44_0004_122_928lo .jpg&ref="
The addition of the space character needs to be removed in the url. I tried a few things to the host file without any luck. Someone with a little more experience with that programming language(javascript?) would be able to figure it out easily.


BTW: the space before the ".jpg" is automatically added by the forum and is not actually there from IG.

the site that's in the stars is USER Cash... I hate that site. hopefully matt will be able to fix it.

JB was correct in saying that I won't be around much until the end of the year. I'm doing what I can to work on IHG in my freetime, but the list of tasks is great. So please bare with me and I will do what I can. If one of you guys want to email me with the situation, I will add it to the list. Thank you "unethikal" dude for pointing out the space dilemma.

I am sorry that the forum I chose censors user cash links out and stuff. However, it was a nice solution and a quick solution when my time was limited in the states.

And to the admins, mods, and the likes... please have a little leniency to people who discuss these sites (that are banned). IHG does support a large list of hosts.

OK - I'll email the problem to you. It's the least I can do. :)

I have exact links that can duplicate the problem for you. And I'm pretty positive the problem is because of the "space" since the links work perfectly without it.
