I turned on logging in 1.5.1b4 while trying to write a new entry for the hosts file and tons of errors showed up. Are all these normal?

Also when I click on Help in 1.5.1b4 only the scrollbar shows, and I can't right click on the taskbar icon to bring up the context menu with Close...I have to ctrl-alt-delete and end task.
