I think it's simply the Premium Account Login. With that premium account you can dl faster, 50 at the same time, tec. You have to pay for that.
But that's nothing new I guess.
Use this link:
http://www.rapidshare.de/
Then click on top right at the left side on
PREMIUM-Zone (privilegierter Bereich).
And then you can login if you have that premium account( sadly i haven't) :yawinkle:
