I think there is already one by Deady, but couldn't find it :D
It is pretty easy to make a screenshot with the WMP 9/10. But you have to change something in the configuration else you will only have ab lck boxin stead of the screenshot.
So 1st open your WMP 9/10 (sry for the german)

then click on the options field and go to perfomance (just translated form german no idea whether it is called performance)

then move the bar which you can see into the mid or the left (the left means you won't be able to make a fullscreenwindow)
then you restart your WMP 9/10 and open the video you wanted to make screencaps from. Push the printscreen key next to F12 and then open mspaint, paste into it and then save the pics. Now you only have to upload it and you have made a screencap :D
