Clay King of Cardservice International (888-441-2509) took $795 of our money several months ago as part of an application for an online merchant account. It's a very long story, but basically, the merchant account he told us we'd get never worked — we could never get a single test transaction to go through the system successfully. On June 27, we were informed by Cardservice International that he had finally agreed to issue a refund. Except that he still hasn't actually refunded our money. Perhaps he hopes we'll just go away.
