How do I capture webcam videos and pics?

For example, on msn how do I record video of someone on there cam?
And for pics, I kno i can do printscreen, but it is so slow, is there another way?

As for recording webcams I'd say Camtasia Studio is a good bet.

I use it all the time for recording live feeds etc, works like a charm allthough you fill up your harddrive pretty quick :D

msn removed the majority of chat rooms due to pedo's
yahoo has also remove topic rooms like discussed above they now really just go by locations and stuff for the same reason i think the rooms are pretty crap, although a few people i know now use the ARES chat rooms

Hi,

First time poster here with a question that maybe you can all help with.

I try to view the webcams on Yahoo, but keep getting an ActiveX error message saying my security settings may be wrong. I have them set to medium just as it suggests.

Also, the little webcam screen does pop up with something to click on for ActiveX but it won't allow me to click on it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you might be running a firewall, try turning it off then it should work i used to have the same problem aegis ago :D

I made a thread just like this one before... hmm.. glad to see someone replied to one like it.

I use Yahoo chat myself, sometimes it pays to ask out right if any ladies are showing, other times it pays to just skip from room to room in the adult sections and see if anyone is asking to view so and so's cam.. if lots of people are asking, then you've got yourself a show going on, jump on the wagoon and ask if you can view too...

Eyeball chat, the program is truly shit, unless you really want to see cocks for the next three hours before you come across a girl showing anything..

Ivideochat.com is great, you click a name and you get to view right away without them having to invite you, sadly its a pay site, so you need to pay if you want to keep viewing for more then 5 mins... you'll also get three or four guys faking there girls so people will look at them, but that happens..

but what i do is this.....and you can tell it works lol
i use a program called softcam...i cracked it....fakewebcam.coooom is free and will do the same thing as softcam....for soft cam theres some buttons to play with. like setting it to live ....and changing the options to say soft cam and softcam
and then i set softcam up to work with eyeballchat...free to download
in eyeball chat you set softcam to be your camera
then you fool the program to send a video as a cam source

trick is to find a good video to use. to fool girls into thinking you are female. i do this because in most chat programs you have 100 dicks for one pussy

but being girl for girl you can corner the market. and in eyeball gay and lez there are always girls for girls. or a couple looking for a girl at least

i also use this for camfrog and icuii
and i make sure nothing will open over top of my video that i keep to the far right. and put everyprogram on do not disturbe when i am camming
then nothing will open when i dont want it to. like no one can send me a mesage or anything

i keep everything else to the far far right. anything i dont need i move right off the screen and only leave a small sliver to grab and bring back when i need to.

so once i have softcam over a video. to the left. and everything else way off the screen so i have room...i hate the gay and lez room. advertising i am a chick. and to message me. chat for about 2 seconds and ask to cam2cam
keeping all my chat windows over top of each other in the bottom left
then thier cam will open in the free space in the top left

tips......always stay in controll if you can. incase they want you to stand and your video will not. and always ask them to do things only my video will do. then you wont get into a situation where they do it. and ask you to...and cant

another downfall of this is sometimes they will ask you to do something. like show 2 fingers or to wave. best adivce for this is. have a video open that will wave. and ask them to do something first. this will prove they are real
and usually can take thier mind off of asking you. because you done something
you can use any of my videos i have uploaded. lots show 2 fingers before they do anything. because the main video i have and use. shows 2 fingers

another good idea is to learn your video. get the timming down. i know my 3 main videos by heart. when they take off thier armor and what they are going to do next.....dont use a video where the girl gets naked right off....use one where she is talking for about 4 mins if you can. if not you can loop it over and over as long as its not going to make them ask "why does she keep doing that"...and se one where the girl is typing while touching herself now and then
