It wasn't just the tabloids that covered this, this story was covered by everyone... CNN, NBC, Aljazeera... The big question still remains, who gives a fuck?

Bush cant ride a bike, he cant even eat solid food without choking, if they replaced the president with a glass of apple juice I dont think anyone would notice.
