Gerspacher, Michelle Grayshaw (<- Jasmine), 21, and Brent Birth, 24, were killed when the 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier that Grayshaw was driving crashed along Foskett Road about 2 a.m.

No, to explain a bit further...

From what I understand even all the content from her members site will be removed after all the current paid memberships are expired by her family's wishes. Her being on the forbidden list is going to be discussed by all the mods/admin and may not be permanent but for now it looks that way. If someone can present a strong enough objection to a passed away porn star/nn/nude model posts being made here the they can be added as well.

As far as discussing opinions why she should or should not remain off-limits, post them here but as I'm sure most know by now either be civil or don't plan on your post being around long or even having a say so in the matter...

I personally don't see the problem with posting material of those who have passed on, provided it is still readily available and out there . . .in my mind, it would be a sort of tribute. In this case, the family is being beyond clear as to their wishes that her material be removed, so out of respect, I think it would be completely tasteful to prohibit her pictures from being posted.
